The kit includes fabric supplies, pattern and link to a tutorial to make this adorable wreath attachment

The kit does not include FOAM BOARD or POLY-FIL.

Though I personally went through each kit , I cannot 100% guarantee that every single item is included. Some of these kits were created years ago and I had to rely on memory.
